Below some video performance samples with music by Verdi and Monteverdi. The samples are taken from the Folkoperan production "Mitt Hjärta Brister" ("My heart bursts"). A dance- theatre-opera around "love and death" set up by the choreografer and director Birgitta Egerbladh. One idea with this production was to bring the daily life situations into the opera context.
