This is me...waiting for a boat at Itilleq southern Greenland
The photo below is a picture I took from the Fokker F50 when we were starting to decend to Narsarsuaq airport at southern Greenland. We came from Reykjavik ,Iceland. The picture was taken Aug. 3rd 1996

The photo below are pictures I took at the village of Igaliku also near Narsarsuaq, on southern Greenland. The village has been inhabited since 985 when the norse viking Gardar settled. There are ruins of a viking cathedral and biscopal farm from early 12th century in the village.The pictures was taken Aug. 4th 1996

The photo below are pictures I took of the Qoroq fjord , near Narsarsuaq, on southern Greenland. Icebergs are calving from the Qorqup glacier into the fjord. The pictures was taken Aug.6th 1996.
