CAMPSITE

Hoogdael has a lot to offer, set up your own camp and add more special activities.

Activities take place throughout the morning, your host will be leading ceramics and crafts herself. Guided nature activities will be lead by local people. I would like to know in advance which activities you are planning to do because of practical reasons such as material or reservation of the guide.

Nature-camp:
In our village you can find a lot of things to do as long as you´ve got your nose in the right direction.

"cross country skiing (bring your own skis)
"scootertrips
"fishing with a guide
"looking for animaltracks & have a picnic with campfire
"hiking with a guide and have a picnic with campfire
"canoeing on the Hoan (with different picnicspots)
"swimming in the lakes (there´s also a swimming pool in Ytterhogdal)
"visit the quarts-mine
"picking berries (from july untill september)

 

Ceramic-camp:
Clay can be enjoyed when you let it slide through your hands and every time again you will encounter the possibilities of this material as to what you can create.

Crafts-camp:
Crafts is a very wide theme. We would like to offer you as much as possible, as different as possible, variety is what we want. So please tell us what you want and we´ll get the materials.

Theater-camp: In ´t Hoogdael there is a stage where you can play theater. Write your story, play the music, sew the clothes, ... and at the end, the performance.
