Added a new project, Console tools. This section will contain various tools for the console (the Windows console that
is - you know, the ugly black window accessible by executing command.exe or (cmd.exe if you're blessed with Windows NT
or 2000)). Two tools are featured as of yet, CDRip and Gogo. The first one is used to "rip" an audio track from a
CDROM, and saving it as a WAV file onto your harddrive. The second program is somewhat related. It's Gogo-no-coda,
the fastest MP3 encoder in existance. Although not written by me, I've done some cleanups in the interface, and tweaked
the compiler settings somewhat. So, if you feel you can manage without a nifty GUI (graphical user interface), programs
found in this section might be worth a second look.

 Uploaded a new tool, NIC Genie, which can display some interesting facts about your NIC
 (network interface card) and it's driver. Although most of this information is quite technical, 
 some of it can be useful for finding errors and/or troubleshooting performance. Please note 
 that this is a quite early version, and bugs are bound to show up. Also note that it currently 
 only runs under Windows NT / 2000.

 A new version of Netmon is available (1.4 beta 4). It adds a "Web query" function, which can be
 used to determine what webserver  is operating at a remote host. This update also contains some 
 grammatical fixes (thanks for pointing these out - do send more! =).
