After graduating
from senior high school in 1996 (from the Natural Science Program) I served in
the army as a Liaison squad leader for ten months. I was then accepted
to the Business Administration and Economics Program at the Lund School of Economics and
Management. I am currently in my final year of the program, with an
excellent academic record. Upon completion
of the program, I will be awarded a Master of Science in Business Administration,
with a focus on Strategic Management, Marketing, and International Finance. In year 2000 I was awarded with the privilege to be an ambassador of my home university. I studied two semesters as an exchange student at the University of Newcastle in Australia. This opportunity gave me first-class experience in living in another country. In addition to studying abroad, I have also worked at the Consulate of Sweden in San Diego. This offered me first hand experience of a working world in another cultural setting, helping me develop what I believe being essential qualities to possess in taking an effective part in a professional working environment of today; being able to work with people of different cultural backgrounds, the ability of adapting to new upcoming situations, and to acquire a sense of how to effectively provide services in dealing with clients. In my spare time I enjoy engaging in various sports such as basketball, tennis, and golf. I also appreciate relaxing with friends, playing a game of chess, and working on the computer. Another interest of mine is to follow the stock and futures market along with analyzing changes in the global economy. In other words, my time is divided among several activities. Though they are time consuming, these activities are also challenging, fun and play an important role in my personal development. I find it very important to not only develop theoretical skills and practical experience, but also a social network. For further
