Shirley Francinda Lee Martinez-Dean was born on the 17.09.1980 in Linz(Austria).
Her father, the famous Don Martinez was the first one to do the three and a half and quadr. somersault on the flying trapeze.
Through this achievement he came into the Guinessbook of records.

Her mother, Jolanda Martinez-Streicher comes from an old Circus family.

1995 Shirley decided to take her first steps into her juggling carrier. She started practicing 7-8 hours everyday. Next to this she finished her school and graduated.
She gave her first Debut in November of 1995 in Circus Barum. She worked there for 2 weeks.

Another year of practice came and then 1997 she worked on her first season, by Circus Arena. After the season there she worked in the winter by Circus Louis Knie´s Weihnnachtscircus.
1998 she was on season by the Italian Circus Medrano. In the winter of 1998 she was in Circus Conelli´s Wintercircus.
For the month of February 1999 she was at Circus Krone Bau. The season of 1999 she was working at Circus Louis Knie.
Winter 1999 she was in the Festival of Enschede.
In 2000 she took part in the Circus Princess Festival in Stockholm. Where she won.
She worked by Circus Scott for the season 2000.
