Football or soccer as the americans would call it, is a really big passion of mine. I follow daily through magazines, internet sites, newspapers, TV abt whatīs going on in the soccer world. If possible, soccer is something I would like to work with. Since i realized that I didnīt have enough talent for the real game I changed to a "stats" expert. Iīm working on a really HUGE database of worlds soccer teams where facts on , for example... a egyptian team can be found. I started on the database 2 years ago & it has grown to 28122 teams...this far. Download a sample of the database here(EXCEL). Remember that itīs only for the truly die-hard fans of stats...

Iīm proud to announce that iīm a officially registered supporting fan in this fantastic club! SUNDERLAND AFC shows off their talents at the "Stadium Of Light" which is among the newest high-capacity stadiums in England. Itīs a really big stadium, with a capacity of 42000 (full seated) itīs one of the biggest in England. The 99/00 season has given some real treaties for us fans. As being newcomer in Premier League, Sunderland AFC put a higher standard in their play than expected and finished 7th this season. Good job, Lads! SUNDERLAND AFC has also one of the most devoted fans in the world. Just take a look in the registered fans section and youīll see how international fans this team got! Hammarby IF is a swedish team playing in the highest division called "Allsvenskan". Itīs one of the classic teams in Sweden. Hammarby has started this season (2000) fairly well and are placed 5th after 5 games. This year Hammarby is expected to be among the 10, but I wouldn't mind if they manage a better place. Hammarby has, like Sunderland a big fanclub. The fanclub shows impressively their capacity when itīs time for a game. Every other team pales in the comparison of the fans AND the attendance in every homegame. Hammarby is totally outstanding in the attendance league. In average numbers they got approx. 4000-6000 more than any other team in Sweden. Bare in mind that in Sweden the attendances donīt get as high as in England, oh no, not even close!!! A normal league game has 3000-7000 in attendance, some teames have less....compared to Hammarbys 10000-20000 itīs not much.
